Pre-Orders

The Founder Collection is offered as a pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated production and shipping timeline displayed on our website.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items once they have been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number.

• Clear photos of the product and packaging.

• A brief description of the issue.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once production has begun, orders can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. While we strive to meet all estimated dates, unexpected manufacturing, customs, or carrier delays may occasionally occur and do not automatically qualify for a refund.
